Wanted to report that I had a great gig this part Friday at the Mokah Coffeebar in Dallas!
This place is very laid-back with a great mellow vibe provided by a super nice staff, some very retro couches and lamps and some very very good iced mocha! I also wanted to take the time to give a shout out to my friend Lydia who came and brought some new friends to the show!
The night started out a little complicated because the rain was POURING when we tried to unload my gear from the car, and pretty much got soaked from head to toe (that’s why my hair looks wet in the pictures!) But quickly things started to pick up when I had the opportunity to share the stage with two very talented ladies, both of whom are local singer/songwriters. Thanks to all my SellaBand believers who really helped me rally around my birthday and in the course of a couple of weeks we moved from 18K to almost 22K on SellaBand, AMAZING!!!
